What you’ll do?

• Own the full product lifecycle – from idea and hands-on development to launch and iteration.
• Make product and technical decisions, balancing user needs with what’s possible.
• Partner with engineering, product, and pedagogy experts to experiment, ship, and improve.

What you’ll bring?

• Deep technical expertise and a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills, with hands-on experience building with AI.
• Product judgment and a founder’s mindset: you spot opportunities, take initiative, and own outcomes.
• The ability to bring people together and lead without formal authority.

Bonus points:

• You’ve founded something or built a meaningful side project.
• Experience in military technology units.
• A background in Data Science.
• Familiarity with EdTech or learning products.
