לצוות ה- IT דרוש/ה איש/אשת IT ויישום אבטחת מידע, לתפקיד Hands-on בסביבת Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune ו־Azure.
התפקיד משלב תפעול IT שוטף עם יישום אבטחת מידע, עבודה מול SOC חיצוני, CISO, ספקים ומשתמשי הארגון.
מתאים למועמד/ת עם בסיס טוב ב־IT, אוריינטציה אבטחתית, יכולת למידה מהירה ורצון להתפתח בעולמות אבטחת המידע.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים
· טיפול שוטף בהתראות אבטחת מידע ממערכות ארגוניות, EDR/XDR, מערכות דוא”ל, ניטור ו־ SOC חיצוני.
· בדיקה, אימות ותחקור ראשוני של אירועי אבטחה, כולל זיהוי False Positive מול אירוע אמיתי.
· ביצוע פעולות תגובה בסיסיות: חסימת משתמשים, בידוד תחנות, שינוי הרשאות, מעקב ותיעוד עד לסגירת אירועים.
· יישום הנחיות CISO והקשחות בסביבת Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA ו־Intune.
· טיפול בממצאי אבטחה, פערים מסקרי Penetration Testing ובקשות משתמשים לתוכנות/גישות בהתאם למדיניות אבטחת מידע.
· גיבוי ותמיכה בצוות ה־ IT בעת הצורך בנושאי משתמשים, תחנות קצה, הרשאות ותקלות תשתית בסיסיות.
דרישות התפקיד:
· ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד סיסטם ג׳וניור, IT Operations, Microsoft 365 Administration, Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, NOC/SOC עם רקע תשתיתי, או Helpdesk Tier 2-3 בסביבה ארגונית מורכבת.
· ניסיון מעשי בניהול סביבת Microsoft 365, משתמשים, קבוצות, הרשאות, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint או OneDrive.
· היכרות טובה עם Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access ו־Intune – יתרון משמעותי.
· הבנה תשתיתית טובה: תחנות קצה, שרתים, רשתות בסיסיות, הרשאות, דוא”ל, גיבויים או סביבות וירטואליות.
אוריינטציה לאבטחת מידע, יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר ותיעוד, אחריות אישית, שיקול דעת ויכולת ניהול משימות מקצה לקצה

מטח, המרכז לטכנולוגיה חינוכית, ארגון המשפיע על אלפי מורים ומיליוני תלמידים בארץ ובעולם מחפש מוביל/ה טכנולוגי/ת וחונך/ת מקצועי/ת של קבוצת מפתחי Full Stack בתחילת דרכם, תוך שילוב עבודה מעשית בפיתוח. התפקיד כולל הכוונה מקצועית, הגדרת סטנדרטים לפיתוח, סיוע בפתרון בעיות מורכבות וליווי הצוות בצמיחה המקצועית, בעבודה על מערכות אמיתיות.
* העבודה מתבצעת במשרדים בירוחם וכוללת עבודה יומיומית עם צוות המפתחים במקום.

- הובלה מקצועית של צוות מפתחים בתחילת דרכם
- חניכה וליווי יומיומי בפיתוח קוד ובפתרון בעיות
- ביצוע Code Reviews והטמעת סטנדרטים לפיתוח איכותי
- סיוע בתכנון פתרונות טכנולוגיים וארכיטקטורה
- עבודה מעשית בפיתוח כחלק מהצוות
- בנייה והטמעה של תהליכי עבודה לצוות מפתחים חדש
- עבודה מול גורמים טכנולוגיים נוספים בארגון
דרישות התפקיד:
- לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה
- ניסיון בפיתוח Full Stack
- שליטה באחת או יותר מהטכנולוגיות: React, .NET Core, Python
- ניסיון בעבודה עם APIs ומערכות Web
- ניסיון בעבודה עם Git ותהליכי פיתוח מודרניים
- ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת ענן – יתרון
- ניסיון בהובלה טכנולוגית או כ-Tech Lead – יתרון
